My derm prescribed clindamycin/differin but I decided not to do it. I have used this combo in the past and had flashbacks to the red, raw, dry skin and don want to go through that again.
8 points submitted 2 years agoI started out writing this with a brief history of my obesity, but it bummed me out so I cut it. Who cares how I got here? I'm here. Pushing 40 and 400lbs. Not OP but also a recent quitter. In the past when I've quit I felt like my nails never strengthened but what's made a difference for me this time was to be sure not to pick at them at ALL (including the skin/cuticles). I've also tried to limit how much I clean under them with any kind of implement, and I think it's helped with the growth of my nail beds.
That tells me, that the lifestyle of Buddhism is the path to true enlightenment in Jesus Christ. I have become a firm believer, that we should somehow incorporate these ancient Buddhist teachings, into our own religious lifestyles. Imagine the <a href="https://www.swimwearforsummer.com" target="_blank">Bathing Suits</a> world Christ wanted for us, living in a harmony, with all walks of life.
